For easy reference for our Merchant users, the same online help available from within the BillPay Portal for Merchant users is included in this section of Paymetric Assist.

The topics in this section are specific to tasks that are performed in the BillPay Portal. If you have implemented BillPay with SAP, see SAP BillPay.

IMPORTANT: The Paymetric Assist help site should only be used by Merchant users. Buyer users (i.e. your BillPay Customers), should only access the BillPay Portal help from within your BillPay Portal website.
