"No values found" error in SAP message bar

If a No values found error displays in the SAP message bar at the bottom of the screen, it could be one of the reasons below.

  • The minimum required fields for the SAP screen have not been entered – Click the Enter/Validation button in SAP screen until you receive no more required field messages. This button in SAP ensures any required data is filled-in.

  • The XiIntercept WebGUI was launched in the Browser but no token was generated and you manually closed the Browser window – Click in the Payment card or Card number field and press the F4 key again to re-launch the Browser. Remember if Customer Master is your Primary retrieval method, you will need to enter the trigger character (suggested value is b for Browser) in the field and then press the F4 key.

If none of the suggested resolutions solves your problem, contact Paymetric Support via the Service Portal.
