Merchant Files

The Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) files are maintained on this page, and are viewable by the merchant. This area may be used for other files in the future. The Portal Admin and Approving Manager can view files. Additionally, they can assign the View Files role to a Portal User, which will allow them to view all of the Services pages and the Files page as well.
