Contact Us

If you need to email support, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the BillPay Portal and select the Contact Us link. Note: Contact Us will only display if the Merchant has "support email" configured in Merchant Portal.

Enter your message, and click send. Your email will be sent to the Merchant at that configured email address. The Merchant email address is configured in Merchant Portal.
