ISO8583

B2B File Transfer is capable of tokenizing any Data Element for any Message Type Indicator (MTI) and Message Sub-Class, provided the following conditions are met:

• Incoming files are binary-encoded (not ASCII-encoded)

• Incoming files adhere exactly to the ISO8583 spec. For example, no EOL characters separating records.

• The customer is able to provide us a list of “Record Type” and “Field Number” tokenization requirements without any conditional logic.

Additionally, if these conditions are met, the B2B File Transfer ISO8583 parser can be configured through XML to tokenize any field.
