Remove Consultants from Portal

• Delete user from portal

• Delete user from XiPay

If a Consultant has left your organization, he/she should be deleted as a Merchant Portal user. IMPORTANT: If a Consultant has an XiPay WebGUI user account, this account is deleted via the WebGUI Users page.

Delete user from portal

1. Go to Admin > Users.

2. Locate the user and click on the row to highlight it.

3. Select the delete option.

Delete user from XiPay
