XiTransfer

XiTransfer configuration setup requests require completion of the XiTransfer Onboarding Form and uploading the completed form in Merchant Portal.

New XiTransfer onboarding procedure

  1. Download the Onboarding Form from the Resources page in Merchant Portal.

  2. Complete of the following tabs as directed:

    1. If you are implementing XiTransfer with SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense, complete the XiTransfer SAP-C4TE tab.

    2. All non-SAP C4TE implementations, complete the XiTransfer File Information tab.

  3. In the Merchant Portal, go to Settings > Onboarding.

  4. Expand the appropriate environment section.

  5. Select the XiTransfer tab.

  6. Select Request XiTransfer Setup checkbox.

  7. Click the Browse button and navigate to the Onboarding Form you completed in Step 2.

  8. Click upload.

  9. Either click Request Setup at this time OR continue to the other On-Demand Service tabs if necessary.

  10. If you clicked Request Setup, you are prompted to enter onboarding notes.

    1. For new Onboarding request, in the notes you may want to include information if you will have multiple phases of your project and that you will be submitting more environment/setup requests later. The main purpose of the Onboarding notes is to summarize why the request is being made. This is more applicable in the Change process.

  11. Click Request Setup again. Your request is submitted and the status for the given environment changes to Requested.

  12. If any On-Demand Service for a given environment is a Requested state, then the top level status for the environment will indicate requested. See Onboarding Setup Request Statuses.

Edit XiTransfer settings

  1. In the Merchant Portal, go to Settings > Onboarding.

  2. Expand the appropriate environment section.

  3. Select the XiTransfer tab.

  4. Select Request XiTransfer Setup checkbox.

  5. Click the Browse button and navigate to the Onboarding Form you completed in Step 2.

  6. Click upload.

  7. Either click Request Setup at this time OR continue to the other On-Demand Service tabs if necessary.
