Maintain Virtual Terminal Users
Before you Begin
Before you add or edit users, do the following:

Planning User Permission Requirements – You should plan what permissions your users need before adding or editing them.

If you need to add a subdivision, see Subdivisions.

Refer to the XiPay WebGUI Users topic for information on the concept of Server IDs (a.k.a. XIIDs) and Subdivisions.
How To
From the XiPay WebGUI Users page, you can perform the following actions:

Add new users individually

Add new users in bulk
-
Add existing users
-
Edit users
-
Enable or Disable
-
Delete users
-
Reset passwords
-
Export a list of all users to the desired format to a spreadsheet format
You can also group users by either:

Username which lists the Users and all of their Permission Groups below their name.

Member of which lists all of the Permission Groups for that Merchant and the Users within each group.
Status Column
This column provides the following information about the user.
L – Indicates the Virtual Terminal user is locked-out (note that occurs after invalid login attempts and does reset after 60 minutes; however, you can click on the "L" to force an unlock).
D – Indicates the Virtual Terminal user is disabled (can click on the "D", to enable/disable users).
P – Indicates the user has not changed their temporary password.
I – Indicates that the Virtual Terminal user is a system integrator.
Roles and Permission Planning
Before adding or managing XiPay WebGUI users, you should review the role permissions and determine the appropriate permissions for each user. A user should only be given permissions necessary to perform his/her business functions. Review the Planning User Permission Requirements prior to creating or editing users.
